A breaking report from People.com that claims Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal have broken up is WRONG, Gossip Cop confirms.

“Reese Witherspoon and Jake Gyllenhaal have split, a source close to the actress tells PEOPLE,” according to the post. “No futher details were given.”

There were no “further details” in the People piece because there was no split.

Reps for Witherspoon and Gyllenhaal tell Gossip Cop the report is “untrue.”
