Nina Dobrev: “I’m Not Going to Pull a Miley” and Get Engaged Any Time Soon

Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder may be hot and heavy — but they’re not planning to wed anytime soon.

“I’m not going to pull a Miley,” the “Vampire Diaries” actress tells FASHION magazine, referring to Miley Cyrus’ engagement to Liam Hemsworth.

19-year-old Cyrus and 22-year-old Hemsworth got engaged two months ago.

But Dobrev sounds happy to wait.

She explains, “Eventually I am going to marry and have a family but not any time soon.”

    Nina Needs to shut up some people get married young and it lasts for decades Shirley Temple for example was 22 when she married her 2nd husband Charles Black and they ended up married until his death 54 years 7 months & 19 days later. you never know what’s going to happen

    Nina is correct…to pull a “Miley” these days is not very smart. I know people what to refer to past relationships that got married young and it worked. But, I doubt this is one of those times. If they get married it won’t work, I hope they just have a long engagement. They both have too much grow up to do…does any one remember what just happen between Rob and Kristen, moving too fast while still so young?

    Nina must still be searching for something. But each to their own. Miley and Liam have been together for three years now. HE is IT in her eyes. The right guy she wants to share her life and eventually have kids with. If Miley wants to marry young, that’s her business. Why bring Mileys name into it? Catty much? Miley is way richer and more successful than Nina. If she wants both, let her, without cheapening her decisions. I didn’t know you had to wait till a magical day close to your 30th birthday either. The way Nina and her big mouth is going Ian will never ask. Why would he? So she can laugh in his face after years together. Shut it Nina.

    There was no need to take a dig at Miley Cyrus. MC has never caved to what you should be doing at a certain age or what people think, and what is expected.
    I’m 33 married at 22, no complaints. I think some starlets want their cake and eat it to. Just a feeling, but expect Nina, when her little Vampire TV program is over, to move onto the next biggest hunk in Hollywood to make herself more popular.
