Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo are engaged, her rep confirms to Gossip Cop.

“We’re excited and incredibly happy about our engagement and we look forward to a wonderful future together,” the couple said in a statement.

A rep tells Gossip Cop that Lachey popped the question earlier this week.

The two have no plans as of yet when they will tie the knot.

This is the second marriage for Lachey, who was previously wed to Jessica Simpson.
