“Rapper Nelly Reportedly Borrowed More Than $500K from Ashanti… And DIDN’T Pay Her Back!!!” blares another supposed “World Exclusive” from MediaTakeOut.
According to an “extremely reliable” insider for the site, “Nelly has [over the course of their relationship] borrowed more than $500K from Ashanti… and he promised to pay it all back.”
“But Ashanti hasn’t seen one penny,” the alleged “tipster” continues, explaining, ”He bought her a couple of dresses, and took her on some trips, but what about a check[?]… He really needs to give her back her money.”
MediaFakeOut advises the singer, “Ashanti, boo… you need to stop PLAYING with that man. If he owes you money make him pay… or take his AZZ to Judge Judy or SOMETHIN!!!”

A rep for Ashanti assures Gossip Cop that Nelly does not owe her any money, calling the story “totally false.”
