Mumford & Sons NOT Breaking Up For Good, Despite Reports
Mumford & Sons have NOT broken up for good, despite widespread reports.
The band, currently on hiatus, was reported to be done for good after member Winston Marshall was quoted as telling Vulture, “It’s over.”
When the outlet asked for clarification, he replied, “Yeah, we had a good time, though, you know. It was good.”
Except it turns out Marshall was (apparently) joking.
Representatives for the band tell Billboard the musician’s words were meant in jest.
So while their future plans are still unclear, reports of Mumford & Sons’ death have been greatly exaggerated.
