Taylor Swift, Miley Cyrus, Justin Bieber Top Most Charitable Celebrities of 2012

DoSomething.org has released its annual list of “Celebs Gone Good” — the top 20 stars who were the most charitable in 2012.

Taylor Swift takes the #1 spot, with Miley Cyrus and Lady Gaga right behind the country singer.

Justin Bieber, Channing Tatum and Pink also made the list.

Mhm, not really that interesting. So they donated money? Good for them. When they actually pick up a hammer or help mix the cement or get a few thousand people interested in charity and putting time aside for it, then it’ll be worthy of attention. Thankfully we have people from TheRandomAct to do so in the meantime, proving that writing cheques isn’t all that praiseworthy.

What you mean is these were the stars that publicly put it out there what they were doing. There are far more celebrities that just do it and don’t publicize it. I have far more respect for them.

Doing good for others is doing good…publicized or not, it helps. I volunteer for a homeless shelter and fully know the huge impact a financial contribution can make. Thanks to all of you who make a difference…..the need is enormous….spread the word celebs and thank you!!!

It was the website who put celebs names out there…not the celebrities themselves. There are quite a few who do spend times working under radar. Just saying.
