The first trailer for The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones has been released.

Starring Lily Collins, Jamie Campbell Bower and Jonathan Rhys Meyers, the movie is an adaptation of the bestselling Cassandra Clare YA novel about a teenage girl who witnesses a murder and is plunged into a hidden world of demons and Shadowhunters.

It opens next August.

Her hair is not fiery red. It looks burgundy. If they messed up this simple character trademark and I can’t imagine what else they changed. The rest of the clip looked good. Still, can’t wait for it to come out.
