Miranda Lambert NOT “Dumped” By Anderson East, Despite Report
Miranda Lambert has NOT been “dumped” by boyfriend Anderson East, despite a bogus cover story from one of this week’s new tabloids. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this claim. We’re told it’s “absolutely not true.”
According to Star, East has ended his relationship with the fellow singer after one year of dating. A so-called “source” tells the magazine, “He decided to leave Miranda because he feels that she’s never really gotten over Blake [Shelton], and he’s fed up.” The outlet’s dubious insider adds, “Now Miranda has been dumped again, just like she was when Blake filed for divorce. She couldn’t feel more miserable and alone.”
The magazine’s questionable source further purports that East “called her out” on supposedly still being in love with her ex-husband, and she even “accidentally called Anderson ‘Blake’ one night in bed.” The “insider” adds, “I get the feeling Miranda will always be obsessed with Blake, to the point of it wreaking havoc on any other relationship.”
But Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to Lambert, who exclusively assures us the tabloid’s breakup claim is “absolutely not true,” and she and East “are very much together.” We’re further told the alleged details of the report are “all fabricated.” Unfortunately, we’re not surprised the magazine got the story so wrong.
Gossip Cop recently busted Star’s sister publication, OK!, for falsely claiming Lambert had a “showdown” with Gwen Stefani over her relationship with Shelton. We also corrected that same outlet for making the phony allegation that Lambert’s “cheating” caused her divorce from Shelton. That report was completely inaccurate, and this latest one is no more truthful.
