Miley Cyrus Joining ‘The Voice’ As Key Adviser For Season 10 (PHOTO)
Miley Cyrus revealed on Wednesday that she will be a key adviser on Season 10 of “The Voice.” To announce the exciting news, the singer posted an Instagram photo of herself licking the button on coach Christina Aguilera’s chair. See a large version of the image below!
Along with her amusing picture, Cyrus wrote, “Lickin @xtina buttonz! @NBCTheVoice #keyadviser #season10.” The singer will help coaches Aguilera, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Pharrell prepare their teams for the reality singing competition.
As Gossip Cop has reported, other famous musicians who’ve served as guest advisers on previous seasons include Taylor Swift, Rihanna, Chris Martin, Selena Gomez, Cher, Usher, Alicia Keys, Sia, Sheryl Crow, Miranda Lambert, and many more. Justin Bieber didn’t serve as an adviser last season, but he made an appearance on the Season 9 finale to perform his new song “Sorry.” Gossip Cop is told there will be plenty of big-name guest performers this season.
The reality competition show’s ninth season wrapped this past December, and Gossip Cop covered the show throughout its entire season. As we noted, Season 9 winner Jordan Smith has since gone on to perform at the People’s Choice Awards and the NHL Winter Classic.
Season 10 of “The Voice” premieres on February 29 at 8 p.m. on NBC. Check out the photo below of Cyrus licking Aguilera’s chair to celebrate her new gig.
