Miley Cyrus, Liam Hemsworth Prenup Fight Claim NOT True
“Wedding War! Inside Miley Cyrus & Liam Hemsworth’s Bitter Pre-Nup Battle,” RadarOnline is exclaiming on Thursday, further asking, “Will the volatile couple ever make it down the aisle?” Gossip Cop isn’t sure what makes the pair a “volatile couple,” but the accompanying article asserts, “Off-on duo Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth are locking horns yet again — this time because they can’t agree on a pre-nup!”
A so-called “insider” claims to the webloid, “Liam thinks it’s only fair he gets half Miley’s fortune if they split up — or at least half what she makes during the marriage. Her people won’t hear of it, and have made it clear that’s never gonna happen. There’s a growing feeling within Miley’s world that Liam’s using her as a meal ticket and this is a huge red flag.”
That leads the webloid to wonder, “Will this latest bump in the road on the way to the altar spell another bad ending for Cyrus and Hemsworth?” Says the outlet’s alleged tipster, “Miley wants to marry Liam, but not unless he proves in writing it’s about love and not about her money.”
But there’s a few “red flags” right in this piece. First off, Hemsworth is an actor who isn’t hurting for work, which means he’s making quite a bit of money on his own. He doesn’t need Cyrus as a “meal ticket” when he has his own millions.
Second, if the actor was truly using Cyrus and desperate to get her money, wouldn’t he have rushed to marry her after they first became engaged a few years ago? And yet the couple remains happily unwed… and NOT fighting over money. Of course, RadarOnline has been getting stories wrong about Cyrus and Hemsworth since at least 2012, so Gossip Cop is hardly surprised to see the webloid screw up again.
