Um.. yes it is her official Twitter and everyone knows that. Besides, donations should be made for yourself, not to please the world, so she doesn’t need to publicly announce a good deed. And relax, who the hell cares what she did with her hair? It’s hers for crying out loud! You have no proof she donated her hair to cancer. She probably couldn’t have donated it to make a wig since it was too short (the hair cut off has to be at least 8 inches) and probably too damaged (i’m guessing she has bleached it). She could have sold it, but there’s no proof of that either and we probably would have heard/read about that. The only proof you have is a twitter account saying that she did but that account could have been started by anyone. Just because it says official doesn’t mean it is official. Besides, Miley Cyrus loves to share just about everything on her own Twitter. I’m sure if she had donated her hair to charity, she would have tweeted about it by now. The donating hair to charity thing is just a rumor, and not a very believable one since there’s no proof.
