Go Miley!!! The insane thing about this is that if she had hauled off and hit him or pushed him he’d be at the lawyers office 15 minutes later, but slamming her mom into the car is well within his comfort level.
I wonder at what point the celebs can have these people arrested for assault and why it doesn’t happen more often.

This may have just been a simple bump but we have all seen the lengths these people will go to get a shot. From running down celebs in their cars (Nicole Richie with her kids) to jumping on their cars (there was the guy who was suing Britney because he was laying on her car trying to get a shot of her while she was pulling out of a parking lot and she inadvertently ran over his foot), and running down innocent bystanders (a pap chasing Britney almost ran over a little kid in a parking lot and it was only avoided because the kids mom did a diving grab for her kid).
When is California going to put some limitations on how far these people can go? At what point is there a difference between a pap and a stalker? If I hung out in front of Miley’s house taking pictures and followed her around day and night I would be arrested for stalking the girl, but because someone is a freelancer at X17 or TMZ is okay.
Don’t get me wrong I come to the gossip sites and look at the pictures, but I would be just as happy if they were taken from 20 feet away. I don’t need to see a celebs nose hairs to consider it a “money shot”.
Plus, I would rather see a picture from 20 feet away than a shot of that person dead because they crashed their car whole trying to drive with flashbulbs going off in their face.
Do we really need another Princess Di before something is done?

California passed a new paparazzi law last year that increases the penalties for their typical crazy driving and there are already laws against paps–or anyone else–interfering with people making their way on public sidewalks and the like, as the pap in the X-17 video was obviously doing. That pap pretty much pushed Tish out of the way in his mad rush to get up in Miley’s face, so that was clearly a violation. If the LA DA’s office wasn’t so busy fame-whoring over their cases against people like Lindsay Lohan, maybe they would have the time to go after these criminal paps who are breaking the law. We don’t need new laws, we just need police and DAs who will enforce the laws we already have. Since there were at least three paps taking pictures of this incident, there’s lots of proof that this pap pushed Tish out of his way as he forced himself passed her.

@tupackacoors, she’s not starting a fight with anyone. Did you even watch the video? The paparazzi are very disrespectful people and some of them need to be put in their places. Justin Bieber pushed the camera woman’s camera because she got too close to him and Selena Gomez.’s faces.
Just because you have a camera and like to follow people around just to get a paycheck doesn’t make you a reporter. A real reporter is respected by celebrities and they don’t go around harassing people either.
It’s good that she’s standing up for herself, you can only be nice for so long. That man had no right pushing Tish or anyone for any reason.
These people need to learn boundaries and maybe they won’t get yelled at.

Jaded, starting to think that is exactly what it is going to take for things to improve :(!!!! So sad how fast people forget things like that, this isn’t a game they have killed people before and they are going to do it again!!! Princess Diana’s little (well not so little anymore) boys talk all the time about how they still miss her, how is it fair that they have to live with that pain while the rest of us just continue to act like assholes and do the same stupid bullshit that got her killed. It is dangerous, stupid, illegal, and just plain mean!! Someone needs to do something fast!
