Miley Cyrus a “Bad Influence” on Costar Kelly Osbourne?

“Miley A Bad Influence On Kelly O,” reads the headline of a piece in the National Enquirer about Kelly Osbourne and Miley Cyrus, who are working together on the film, So Undercover.

According to the supermarket tab, “Cyrus’ hard-partying lifestyle is rubbing off on her new BFF Kelly Osbourne – and friends fear the Disney dynamo will push the reality star into a terrible drug relapse.”

The Enquirer also quotes a source saying, “Kelly’s family and friends are worried sick that Miley is a bad influence,” and that she’ll do something to trigger the former rehab alum into a relapse.

Of course, the tabloid brings up the incident in which Cyrus smoked (the legal herb) salvia from a bong, and how the two ladies went to the New Orleans club Republic.

But is Cyrus truly a “bad influence”?

Gossip Cop reached out to several sources who swear up and down that Cyrus has been on “the straight and narrow,” and has been “nothing short of extremely professional and a good example [as an actress] for Kelly.”

And now Osbourne herself has taken to Twitter to defend her So Undercover costar.

The slimmed down star tweeted, “Actually it’s the other way around Miley has us all on a health kick. Gym/early nights.”

Osbourne added, “Miley is one of the most hard working respectful women I have ever worked with I am learning a lot from her… she mad (sic) one mistake and trust me she has learned her lesson!”

Yeah, like the tabs don’t make mistakes…

    Tabloids like The National Enquirer seem to make a living out of pure lying, plain and simple. For example, they refer to Cyrus and Osbourne’s visit to the Republic, a New Orleans nightclub, without also including the fact that the “So Undercover” producers rented out the top floor of the club to host a get together for the entire cast to be able to get to know one another. So, in other words, they were at a private cast party–not drinking by the way–not nightclubbing. Yet the Enquirer–along with numerous other slime-ball publications–has no moral qualms about leaving people with the wrong impression.

    OH PLEASE!!!! If Osbourne can’t handle an 18 yo, she might as well go back home to her parents house, climb back into her old bedroom , crawl into bed and just stay there until she is 60. She is a tough person and it is well known that if you are a former addict, reformed addict, etc. YOU HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE OUTSIDE WORLD. I would think that KELLY IS MORE OF A BAD INFLUENCE THEN MILEY.
