Marc Jacobs says his longtime photographer Juergen Teller refused to shoot Miley Cyrus for the designer’s new Spring/Summer 2014 ad campaign.

In an interview with Women’s Wear Daily, Jacobs reveals, “He just didn’t want to shoot her.”

Instead, David Sims photographed Cyrus for the campaign.

Jacobs adds, “I have worked with Juergen for years and love him as an artist.”

However, while Teller may not be a fan of the pop star, Jacobs speaks very highly of Cyrus.

The fashion mogul shares, “We all just love her and her entire being, her energy, her talent, her intelligence, everything. There’s nothing I don’t like about her. She is just genuine and very natural.”

What do you think of Teller not wanting to shoot Cyrus?
