Miley Cyrus Films “Criminal” Paparazzo Stalking Her While She Walks Her Dogs

Miley Cyrus enacted revenge on a paparazzo earlier this week, filming the photographer as he took photos of her, and then posting the footage online.

Early Tuesday, the starlet uploaded the cell phone video to her Pheed account, showing the man snapping away at her and a pal as they walked her dogs.

Cyrus wrote that the clip was “in reply to the photos of me attempting to take my dogs on a walk while a man I’ve never seen before harassed me… All for your entertainment I suppose. Hope this is enlightening.”

“Not to mention he was driving around in a ‘handicap’ vehicle recklessly while I walk in a neighborhood full of children praying he doesn’t hit a small child or one of my dogs,” continued Cyrus, adding, ”Lost 2 already this year, don’t wanna go through that again.”

Earlier this month, Kim Kardashian turned the tables on a photog, snapping a photo of the pap apparently sleeping on the job.

    If this ain’t creepy. See that’s why hate people who hate on celebs writer you like them or not these people go through alot f shit each day. Not saying regular people don’t by my point is all the hate, cyber bully, media, people in yor business, paps, they can’t even go out and get a pizza. Idk if that life would be for me unless I hate 24/7 security and even then who wants that’s? I give them props in this area. I be damn if I lchoose this life.     My thing is… He already took like 100 pics. So wy don’t he just soo and be happy with those to make himself look more stupid and desperate? I’d hate to be hated by celebs and people. Like sorry but I doing a tabloid wants pics like this usually they want something actually worth reporting and photgraphing. If you take a couple hundred shoots (he clearly has his camera on multi-shot) why are u still taking pics? I don’t get it

    Fair play to her, I don’t know why all celebrities can’t get together to pressure governments to introduce tough anti-paparazzi law.
    It’s a disgrace how they attacking them and stalking them.
    I would not accept that.

    There need to be more laws. I’m sorry, but if a celebrity is on their own time (especially if children are present) – they absolutely should not be able to video or take photography of them. Business events should be it!

    Good for her. Professional paparazzi spend a good amount of money on lenses (often far more expensive than the priciest cameras). someday hopefully there will be a law that they must stay a couple hundred feet away. They’ll still get good shots, especially with the resolution of the sensors increasing every few years – they could take a relatively wide shot then blow it up later and still have amazing clarity.

    Paparazzi exist because celebrities sell magazines. As long as gossip/celebrity magazines buy the pictures of celebrities from paparazzi people, this will always happen.

    Yeah I agree the Paparazzi need to chill out and there need to be more laws so the star or whoever they are with don’t get hurt.

    I’m glad she did this. And it did show a residential neighborhood. She’s right. She didn’t know who he was and he was taking photos of her in a residential neighborhood — not at an event. Why is it the celebs have no rights here?

    She makes such a good point especially the fact that if she parked in a ‘handicap space’ to get away from then she’d get in trouble, but they get away with having a ‘handicap sticker’ and then you’d imagine they get away with parking in it as well.

    As long as the public buy these mags, there is a demand, & magazines/tabloids meet that demand. If the public didn’t buy them, the mags wouldn’t buy the papz pics, & the papz would be out of a job if no one wanted to see the pics

    I hear Miley I do but at the same time when you have “celebs” like Kim Kardashian with the paps on speed dial and celebs doing magazine covers talking nothing but their personal life then what do you expect? Once you open the gate to your personal life then thats it, there is no going back. I’ve seen paps a lot worse than this guy at least he is being quiet. Something should be done but it needs to start in Hollywood first with the celebs. You can’t have it both ways can’t call them on speed dial when you want them there to capture you in pretend candids then get pissed when they are there on their own accord.

I’m yet to see a celeb full on reveal details of their life to the media whe majority of them don’t eve. Like taking personal questions. The owns that have do it to make a point.     It is legal to snap photos in public of anyone, this should not change. What should change, is us. STOP BUYING THIS CRAP, and the paps will lose their jobs.
