Miley Cyrus Has NOT Called Off Liam Hemsworth Engagement, Despite Report
According to Life & Style, the singer is having second thoughts about marrying her fiance and recently flew to Tennessee to avoid him and be with her family. A so-called “source” tells the magazine, “Miley said she didn’t feel like their relationship was strong enough to continue with the [wedding] plans. Liam was completely devastated and still is. He won’t talk to anyone about it and doesn’t want to believe it’s real.”
The tabloid’s dubious insider further claims Cyrus is “rethinking the whole relationship,” and has supposedly “told friends and family that she doesn’t think their personalities mesh anymore.” The main issue, alleges the questionable source, is that the actor is “trying to change” his fiancee’s wild ways, and she also believes he’s “holding her back and making her hide who she truly is.” “They are still both so upset and angry,” adds the couple’s supposed “pal.”
But Gossip Cop checked in with a reliable source close to Cyrus, who exclusively assures us she hasn’t called off her engagement, nor are she and Hemsworth having relationship problems. We’re told there’s simply “no truth” to the tabloid’s claims. In fact, the actor accompanied Cyrus to Variety’s 2016 Power of Women Luncheon in Los Angeles on Friday.
Of course, Life & Style doesn’t have a great track record when it comes to accurately reporting about the couple, so we’re not surprised by this latest fabrication. Gossip Cop recently busted the magazine’s false cover story claiming Cyrus was pregnant and already secretly married to Hemsworth. Obviously, there was no truth to that report, and this latest one is equally bogus.
