Miley Cyrus “Dumped Before Wedding” Story Untrue
The new issue of Life & Style hit newsstands on Wednesday with “breaking news” about Hemsworth being “caught hooking up with [a] gorgeous model.” The article claims, “The actor hooked up with a beautiful girl while Miley was out of town — and he’s since called off his planned summer wedding with the singer.” A so-called “source” is quoted as saying, “Liam is clearly not done sowing his wild oats.”
“He realized that he’s not ready to settle down and that Miley isn’t the one, so he recently dumped her, just days before the wedding,” alleges the supposed snitch. “She’s heartbroken, but pissed off, too.” The story goes on to claim that the purported cheating went down in March, and Hemsworth “confessed he’d cheated” while he and Cyrus were in Australia in April. And now “the wedding is officially off.”
But if all that’s the case, how does Life & Style explain last week’s cover story, in which the magazine claimed Cyrus was set to be a “pregnant bride”? As Gossip Cop reported (and debunked), the tabloid alleged the former child star was pregnant, and she and Hemsworth were “fast-tracking” their wedding. But now, just one week later, the wedding is off… and there’s no mention whatsoever of Cyrus being pregnant.
Huh?! Both these stories, old and new, are actually false, and they have even less legitimacy when published back-to-back. Frankly, Gossip Cop isn’t even sure how Life & Style thinks Hemsworth supposedly breaking up with Cyrus NOW in mid-May is “days before” a “SUMMER” wedding.
But why bother making sense when you can try selling copies with sensational cover lines? Gossip Cop is told this “dumped days before her wedding” report is just as untrue as the “pregnant bride” one. We’ll see if Life & Style makes it three-for-three next week.
