Nothing reeks of desperation more than scampering around the trash heap for In Touch magazine’s leftovers.

Two weeks after In Touch wrongly claimed Miley Cyrus was going in for breast augmentation, Star manages to take it to an even more absurd level.
“The only thing Miley Cyrus likes less than a flat note is a flat chest,” declares the tabloid, and that’s why the pop princess has “already seen a plastic surgeon and aims to up her cups to Holly Madison proportions,” according to a so-called “source.”
That means Cyrus will be going for D cups, alleges Star, in what it labels a “Boob Job Shocker!”
The 17-year-old is supposedly “insisting her parents sign the consent form,” and they’re “letting her go for it” since she’s “beyond their control, anyway.”
Unfortunately for Star, the item is just the latest in the long line of inflated fantasies.
Cyrus is not getting a boob job. A source close to the star tells Gossip Cop the rumor is as silly now as it was when it first surfaced.
Teenage breasts don’t exactly bring out the tabs’ best.
