Miles Teller Car Accident: Actor’s Truck Flips Over After Hit By Uber
Miles Teller got into a car accident Thursday night which resulted in his truck flipping over. The actor wasn’t injured in the crash, but the incident almost led to a brawl between him and the other driver.
Teller was reportedly driving with his girlfriend in the San Fernando Valley when his Bronco was struck by an Uber and subsequently flipped upside down. According to TMZ, the enraged actor then emerged from his vehicle screaming, “You f***ed up my truck,” and attempted to approach the Uber driver but was held back by other people at the scene. Teller and his girlfriend weren’t hurt, but two passengers riding in the Uber were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
Law enforcement told the site that the accident wasn’t Teller’s fault, but the Uber driver made an unsafe left turn. It’s also said that drugs and alcohol weren’t a factor. It should be noted, the actor was involved in a much more serious crash in 2007 when he was 20-years-old. Teller has recounted the traumatic experience in previous interviews, explaining how his friend lost control of their car while driving 80 mph. The vehicle flipped over eight times and the actor was ejected 50 feet out the window. He still has scars on his face and neck from the crash. Gossip Cop has reached out to a rep for the actor for more information about Thursday’s accident.
UPDATE: Teller took to Twitter on Friday to comment about the accident. He wrote, “Me and @keleighsperry are okay. I hope the other passengers are as well. The other driver pulled into oncoming traffic and bad accident was unavoidable. This woman’s irrational and ignorant decision put our lives and her passengers in very real danger. Happy we could walk away.”
