Mila Kunis does not have postpartum depression, despite a cheap claim made by one of the tabloids this week. Gossip Cop looked into the baby blues allegation, and can exclusively report that it is untrue. The claim was made by Life & Style, the same publication that has been repeatedly wrong about Kunis and Ashton Kutcher.

This week, the tabloid writes that Kunis is “miserable” and having a “rough go of motherhood.” Life & Style also quotes a so-called source as saying that the new mom spends “a lot of time in bed” and feels she’s “fat and will never lose the weight.” The magazine fills out its one-page story with lots of quotes from a doctor (who doesn’t know Kunis) about what postpartum is and what some of the signs are. It’s all very amusing, but completely not applicable, because it has nothing to do with Kunis.

Yes, Kunis and Kutcher, who are taking care of their newborn daughter Wyatt without a night nurse or nanny are tired, but the actress is far from “miserable.” She and Kutcher are actually over-the-moon with their little girl. As for any insinuation that Kunis is having a “post-baby struggle,” as the magazine writes, a source close to the actress exclusively tells Gossip Cop that it is “100 percent not true.”
