Mila Kunis On ‘Howard Stern’: Casual Sex With Ashton Kutcher Turned Into Serious Relationship (AUDIO)
Kunis and Kutcher co-starred together on “That ’70s Show” from 1998-2006, but the two didn’t hook up until 2012 when both were single. The actress explained on Stern’s radio show that irony arose after they both made separate movies in 2011 with a plot revolving around two friends of the opposite sex who try to have a casual fling.
The actress’s film opposite Justin Timberlake was called Friends with Benefits, while Kutcher and Natalie Portman co-starred in No Strings Attached. “If we just paid attention to these movies, we should know that sh*t like this does not work out in real life,” Kunis joked to Stern. “We clearly didn’t pay attention and we shook hands and said, ‘Let’s just have fun.’ Literally, we lived out our movies.”
Kunis went on to reveal that the two first became intimate at Kutcher’s housewarming party, where she ended up “staying the night.” The actress added, “So then we ended up having a lot of talks about how this is a huge mistake… We both were in agreement, ‘This is just fun. Three months later, I was like, ‘This isn’t fun anymore!'”
Of course, a real romance soon blossomed between the now-married couple, who share a 2-year-old daughter and have another baby on the way. Listen below to a highlight from Kunis’ “Howard Stern Show” interview!
