This is what is so unfair on children. They get use to the new man only to have them leave. Single parents should really think about this before they introduce their children to another person who could potentially leave. I say this as a single Mother, I just don’t think it is fair on the children, specially children who do not already have two parents. I’m not saying single parents shouldn’t date but just that they should make sure the relationship is a long lasting one before they get their children’s hearts invested in something that may not work out.
