WATCH: Michelle Obama And Jimmy Fallon “Evolution Of Mom Dancing” PART TWO
As Gossip Cop reported, Obama and Fallon initially teamed up for the hilarious segment on “Late Night” in 2013. The bit was viral hit, and prompted the host to do the “Evolution of Dad Dancing” with New Jersey governor Chris Christie last year. The newest installment featured Obama and Fallon (again wearing a wig and faux boobs) showing off moves like “trying to start a conga line,” the “shimmy twist,” the “can we turn the AC up?” and more. It all culminated in Fallon doing the “Barack Obama,” and Obama doing the “Jimmy Fallon.”
Obama previously appeared on the “Tonight Show” last year, participating in an “Ew!” sketch with Fallon and Will Ferrell. The First Lady played it straight, encouraging “Sara” and “Stacy” to make healthy choices. That was actually the motivation for her appearance this time around, too. Obama was on the show to promote her new #GimmeFive campaign, which encourages celebrities and the public to show five ways they are living a healthy life.
Obama and Fallon discussed that effort, talked about their families, and the comedian even did an impression of the President, which did not get the FLOTUS seal of approval. Fallon later challenged his viewers to upload videos of themselves doing a “mom dance.” Watch the video below!
