Michael Strahan NOT Father Of “Love Child” David Brown, Despite Report
Michael Strahan is NOT the biological father of David Brown, a 21-year-old man alleging he’s the former NFL player’s illegitimate “love child,” despite a false report. Gossip Cop can exclusively correct this claim. We’re told it’s “ridiculous.”
Brown, who was given up for adoption, tells the National Enquirer he’s convinced Strahan impregnated his birth mother before marrying second wife, Jean Muggli, in 1999. “I know it in my heart,” Brown says. “All of the facts point in that direction. If Michael were sitting in front of me now, he would know too.” However, there’s virtually zero evidence to substantiate Brown’s claim, aside from the magazine’s assertion he “bears an uncanny physical resemblance” to the “Good Morning America” anchor.
The tabloid obtained Brown’s birth certificate, which doesn’t list the name of the parents who put him up for adoption. Meanwhile, a birth record from the adoption agency indicates the man’s biological mother was 19 when he was born, but there’s no information available about his father. However, this doesn’t stop the tabloid from contending “adoption papers back up” Brown’s claim. In fact, the only evidence the publication cites for Brown being Strahan’s son are his “twinkly brown eyes,” “gap-toothed smile” and aspirations to play professional football.
Gossip Cop looked into the situation, and we’re exclusively told by a reliable source that Strahan absolutely isn’t Brown’s real father. “David Brown has been making this ridiculous claim for more than a year,” our source notes. We’re also told Brown refused to take a DNA test when given the opportunity. Our source explains, “Michael called his bluff. Challenged him to take a blood test and the kid never showed up. We think it’s all about money as evidenced by the fact that he ran to the tabloids to sell a story after he ran into a dead end with us.”
