Michael Lohan Charged After Alleged Beating of Fiancee

Michael Lohan has been charged with second degree harassment following allegations by fiancee Kate Major that he violently attacked her.

As Gossip Cop reported yesterday, Major told police that an argument with Lohan turned violent when he “shoved her over a chair” and then “kicked her in the face.”

Lohan allegedly said, “I am going to go back to jail because I am going to kill you!” Major says she now “very scared of Michael.”

Lohan has admitted he and Major argued, but denies he assaulted her.

He will be formally arraigned August 18.

Major has also taken out a restraining order against him, prohibiting Lohan from contacting her in any way. He also must surrender any firearms and cannot be involved in “any acts or threats of physical violence.”

    Most of the crap they report about Lindsay is made up, often by none other but this douche here… Lindsay’s father. He’s both vindictive because Lindsay cut him off from her money and reported him for past crimes and because he’s obviously seriously disturbed. Check past posts here on GC where those usually get busted but the media keeps repeating them anyway.

    The combination of Michael’s bullsh*t and the huge bounty put on pics showing Lindsay ‘screwing up’ has made for an industry of fabricating situations showing Lindsay doing wrong things. They put drugs in her drinks to make stagger like she was drunk and when that didn’t yield the desired stumbling pics they simply tripped her on the way out of night clubs, sending Lindsay to the ground. They also tossed powdered sugar on her to make it look like she had cocaine dust on her from bathroom binges… It’s low but they did it anyway.

    There’s a lot of money in celebrities self-destructing and when they fail it’s bad for business. So no problem… Let’s make it happen, real or not! – There’s money to be made!

    Thanks Xeno. I know the paps and the rags are awful. The problem is that they set each celeb up to be what they want them to be and they follow that pattern . If you look at their pics thoroughly, you will see where they even doctor/photoshop their pics. They can be so dishonest with what they do. They are influencing the young people the wrong way. They are the ones buying their mags. Young kids or teenagers don’t have the experience to completely think for themselves. They have produced a lot of negativity and hate among these stars. It seems as if Lindsay is out there with the wrong people + she doesn’t have the proper support.

    In reference to what I said above:^^^What I tried to say is that they (tabs) have produced a lot of hate from the public toward certain stars. The paps even show disrespect for the celebs by saying all kinds of rude things to them. When they show disrespect to the celebs, then it’s like they are disrespecting their fans. It also becomes offensive to the fans.
