Michael Lohan Arrested Again After Jumping From Balcony & Trying to Escape

Michael Lohan has been arrested again, just hours after being released from a Tampa jail.

Lohan’s on-and-off girlfriend Kate Major called the Tampa police on Wednesday night, claiming he made a harassing call shortly after he was set free following a pre-trial hearing for domestic violence charges.

While the cops were at her condo, Lohan called yet again, violating Judge Walter Heinrich‘s order to leave Major alone.

The judge had warned Lohan, “If you even dream about [Major] and you violate my order, you will go to jail.”

Here’s where it gets even crazier.

When the police arrived at the Tampa motel where Lohan was staying, the often arrested dad of Lindsay Lohan tried to escape and jumped off a third-floor balcony, falling 34 feet to the ground.

He then attempted to hide behind some trees.

Following a short chase on foot, the police arrested Lohan and threw him back in jail.

But because of a foot injury from the jump, Lohan was then taken to a hospital.

Police believe booze and drugs were involved in the incident.

Lohan has had a long history of run-ins with Major.

    What is it with the 2 of them? He got arrested for abuse last year, but he was with her a few weeks ago? And she calls the police on him again? Is this for real and she calls the police when she gets angry? Or does he really beat her, but she can’t give him up? He should not be hitting ANYONE, but what is with Majors? Stay away from him, move and use a different last name, tell your friends/family THEY CAN’T TELL HIM, go live in a secure building or community…. She is not that famous, neither is he, but put up a pick and everyone will recognize him and call the police if he breaks parole.

    This is new to me, reading about this new girlfriend and this latest fiasco. This is such crap. It really makes me feel for his daughters. Doesn’t it you? Gawd, what if we had a dad like that with all the other problems Lindsay has? I don’t know all that much about their mother, but for the sake of argument, let’s say she doesn’t fully make up for the shortcomings of their dad. Some, or many, but not all young people out there could grow up making all the right choices with role models like these two. Then you throw in living in the fast-life environment that they do. Surrounded by other young people with screwed-up lives.

    I recall all the media attention Lindsay got when hanging with Paris Hilton. And that rich crass – *ss, screwed-up Brandon Davis who called her a “fire crotch”, and all that other rot. He and Paris were incredibly cruel and I thought at the time, how needy Lindsay must be to hang out with that group. Didn’t she have anyone else better? I really don’t think she did then or does now. It was sad. It still is sad.

    I truly hope that Lindsay can pull her way out of her messes. I hope her younger sister sees her sister’s mistakes, and makes better choices. I hope their mother can strive daily to become a better mom, not trying to be a friend, not seeking attention or being tempted to live off their fame. And as much as a scumbag the father seems to be, I hope one day he finally conquers his alcoholism, his out of control temper, and his need for media attention. I don’t know if I can realistically hope he becomes the dad his children deserved, but wouldn’t that be nice.

    Lindsay has a lot of issues that she has to get resolved but what do you think it comes from? Obviously her family. Her dad was often arrested when she was younger and abusive too. And shortly after that, her DUI’s happened. She’s still paying for things from 2007 and probation is an issue for her. But he just constantly has all these different things happening. Whether he’s crashing a car, being abusive, getting a restraining order, violating the restraining order, or running away from police like this. I can only hope she’s her own person and doesn’t let him affect her.
