I don’t think MJ would have killed himself on purpose. Not loving his children as much as he did. This doctor should have never been permitted to give drugs. It’s a clear case of manslaughter. And that is what he needs to be convicted of.

This Doctor, as well as the one for the Prosecution are both considered ‘EXPERTS’ on the drug Propofol and everything related to it. Unfortunately, both have opposing opinions and that is why they are experts for the opposite sites. I believe this just lends to the theory, ‘truth’, we can’t ever know if MJ gave himself an injection (to himself or into the IV-IV would work alot better and faster-I haven’t followed the whole trial.) Too many holes, too many questions. It also comes down to, Murray is just charged with Manslaughter and not homocide, murder. I have no doubt MJ could give himself an injection of anything-he has been on Propofol before and for many years, according to his history, and he was a drug addict. Fans and especially his family will not admit it and can’t lump him like that because you get that picture of ‘disshevelled looking low lives heating drugs on spoons, injecting the crap into them, sharing needles and later dying of hepatitus or aids’. No, he had the money (or at least borrowed it) to keep his addictions to himself. Unfortunately, in every profession, there are people who are at the bottom, and DRs who sell drugs, give drugs out to addicts who are rich should be found and disbarred. (find out why they are doing it first-I would like to know if some resorted to it because the high cost of malpractice and lower insurance payouts-I know it is not probably most-some Drs. are addicts themselves, some love associating with Celebs, and some are greedy and want the Celebs money-I would like to know why some chance throwing away all that education for a chance of JAIL!). In the end, CA went OVERBOARD with a trial, well, because of MJ’s fans and family. A manslaughter case should have been over a long time ago…. and whether Conrad Murray is found innocent or guilty, it will not change most peoples’ minds.

In the final analysis MJ should never have been left unsupervised while getting this drug and there should have been equipment available to resuscitate him in case of emergency.
