Talk about a blast from the past!

Michael J. Fox took the stage at his charity event on Saturday to play Chuck Berry‘s “Johnny B. Goode” – just as he famously did in Back to the Future.

But while Fox didn’t actually play guitar for the movie’s famous Enchantment Under the Sea dance, he did do his own shredding at this weekend’s A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to Cure Parkinson’s gala in New York.

Whether it’s 1955, 1985 or 2011, Marty McFly can rock.
