Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas Squash Breakup Rumors at Charity Event

Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas looked very much the happy couple on Saturday in Marbella, Spain.

The two stars, married for 16 years, have recently been the subject of unfounded breakup rumors by a slew of webloids like RadarOnline.

But nothing could seem further from the truth when Banderas and Griffith — joined by their daughter Stella – beamed together, laughed, and looked smitten on the red carpet of the Starlite charity event.

We’re sure less reliable sites and outlets will negatively spin what’s genuine happiness into claims of Banderas and Griffith pretending just for the cameras.

Regardless, Gossip Cop is told the two are “perfectly fine.”

    Yikes! Neither of them has aged well. Too much sun, too much booze, too much everything and, especially for her, waaaay too much plastic surgery. She has that look of having barely survived a fire that so many women get after too many procedures. It’s surprising that they don’t seem to see the reality when they look in the mirror. It’s too bad people don’t just relax and age gracefully. Eat a healthy diet, reasonable exercise, sun screen, cut back on the booze, etc., and you’ll save thousands and thousands in surgeries that will look like exactly what they are. Everyone knows your age anyway. Get over it.
