In the midst of all the turmoil between him and his baby mama, Oksana Grigorieva, Mel Gibson has just sold his 75-acre Greenwich, Connecticut estate - known as Old Mill Farm – for a whopping $24 million.
The 16,000-square-foot Tudor-style mansion and its accompanying property, which includes a five-horse stable, a giant pool and a pond, was first listed for sale back in 2007 for $39.5 million, and more recently for $29.7 million, but Gibson settled for less.
And while Gibson took $15 million less than he originally asked for, he still made a killing on the sale, considering he bought the place in 1994 for $9.3 million.
Sure will come in handy for child support.
