this is ridiculous, over a year to bring charges, if it took that loooonnnnnng to bring charges(finding enough evidence that will stick) if by some chance it does go to trial, still an if, getting a guilty will be hard. and if he is found guilty, he can then turn around and fight it. that is if he can stand the press and not just go for a plea.
