Mel Gibson Must Pay Oksana Grigorieva $750,000 in Custody Agreement

Mel Gibson must give Oksana Grigorieva $750,000 as part of their custody agreement, to be paid in three installments of $250,000.

The former couple will have joint legal and physical custody of daughter Lucia.

The terms of the deal were revealed during a joint court appearance today in Los Angeles.

Gibson will make the first payment upon signing of the deal later today, with the subsequent payments due on September 15, 2013 and January 1, 2016.

Money from the eventual sale of the home Grigorieva and Lucia share will be put into a trust for Lucia.

Reportedly, both Gibson and Grigorieva are barred from writing about the party in a book.

We’re told both parties are pleased with the outcome.

    Of course she did. He is worth hundred of millions and he treated her worse than a paid street prostitute. She is the mother of his child, for God sake, I liked him as an actor before but I am disgusted by him as a person- so rude and so basic and ..pig. NO woman should be talked to and treated that way. Only because he is rich and famous and could buy lawyers and tabloids and thus swing the public opinion he could get away with this disgusting behavior. And if she was not Russian she would have ended not with 10 but half of his millions, So unfair, I could not believe that he is so cheap – 750!!
