Megan Fox refused to say whether she’s pregnant during a sit-down with “Entertainment Tonight,” and the actress’ publicist cut short the interview.

Steve Jones began the chat by asking about Fox’s new spokesperson campaign for The Sharper Image before veering into Fox’s private life with an… interesting segue.

“Do you know the ultimate gadget that every man wants?” asks Jones. “A baby.”

“A baby?” she responded, adding, “Oh, I know where you’re going with this.”

Referring to her off-camera publicist, she laughingly tells Jones, “You already hear the grumbles.”

Fox declines to follow Jones’ line of questioning, and the publicist can be heard telling Jones, “Stop, stop. Sorry, no.”

    stars sign away their right to a private life when they dcide to be in the entertainment business. Megan had ano right to pull this crap she’s only eye candy not an actual talented actress certain stars refusing to answer pregnancy questions I can understand like say Mariah Carey & Pink did in 2010 because they had both miscarried a previous pregnancy and were scared it would happen again

    That is the dumbest thing I’ve heard. Yes to an EXTENT celebrities do forfeit some privacy, but not something like this. I am sure she has a good reason for not wanting to publicize the pregnancy, and that is HER right. I happen to be a big Megan Fox fan, and just because you think she has no talent, doesn’t mean she should be forced to talk about her pregnancy. Also as Regina1180 said, how do you know she has never had a miscarriage? I think she shouldn’t have to talk about it if she doesn’t want to, talented or not. Especially if she had already made it clear that she didn’t want to talk about it.

    I agree with your post. Celebrities have reasons for the things they do and the decisions they make JUST LIKE US. And you’re right they do give up some privacy to an extent — but this is a family matter and should be kept that way until she decides otherwise.

    I agree with others, how do you know that she hasn’t had a miscarriage? Besides, even if she is she probably isn’t that far along & would prefer not to talk about it until she’s showing. She deserves to have some sort of privacy & if she doesn’t want to discuss it then she has every right now to talk about it.

    Agreed. We dont know whether or not she miscarried, and that isnt our business. Just because some stars went public about theirs doesnt give you the right to bash her. Women who miscarry often dont want to talk about it, as it brings up hurt memories, etc.

    Who’s to say the same thing hasn’t happened to Megan? I’m not a big fan of hers, but a lot of women prefer to keep a pregnancy quiet until after the 1st trimester.

    actually I was totally right for what I said before and It would leak if she were either way and same with the miscarriage. think about it Mariah Carey’s previous miscarriage had leaked in the national enquirer before she announced the pregnancy that produced her now year old twins Moroccan and Monroe who she also almost miscarried and then almost lost due to prematurity. this girl is on a head trip that’s all this is

    This is business as usual for ET. They are worse than the Enquirer. Now that Dick Clark’s memorial is past, (guess they couldn’t dig up anything sensational there), they have gone back to picking Whitney Houston’s bones.Their kind of reporting is disgusting. At least now that Mary Hart is gone we don’t have a constant diet of her dear friends the Osmonds. Thank God. I have not seen the x factor, but did wonder where this jerk came from. Good for Megan, but be careful ET pays big money to any source that can give them dirt. Vultures.
