Ellen DeGeneres is known for pranks, which is how Megan Fox wound up terrified by a giant banana on Thursday’s show.

Fox was telling DeGeneres about her experience working at a smoothie shop in Florida, where she sometimes had to dress as fruit.

On cue, a man dressed as a banana snuck up on the actress and gave her a fright.

And then he disappeared, presumably to terrify other unsuspecting starlets with smoothie shop pasts.
