Christina Aguilera Boyfriend Drunk Driving Case Thrown Out

The case against Christina Aguilera‘s boyfriend Matthew Rutler has officially been thrown out, Gossip Cop is reporting exclusively.

Rutler’s case was dropped because the L.A. District Attorney didn’t have enough to prosecute him for a DUI since his blood-to-alcohol level was .06, which is below the legal limit of .08.

Aguilera and Rutler were arrested on March 1. Aguilera was taken in for public intoxication, but later let go without being charged. Rutler, however, was slapped with a charge of driving under the influence.

At the end of the day, even though both were arrested, neither of them was charged.
