Mason Disick Did NOT Ask Kanye West If He’s His “New Daddy,” Despite Report
Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick’s son Mason did not ask Kanye West if he’s going to be his “new daddy,” despite a shamelessly untrue report from a site that has a proven record of fabricating stories. Gossip Cop can exclusively debunk this claim. We have contacted numerous sources who have called the report everything from “bullsh*t” to “false” to “completely untrue.”
According to HollywoodLife, with Disick nowhere near his kids, the 5-year-old-boy allegedly asked the rapper if he was going to be his “new daddy.” Let’s stop for a moment before going on to the rest of the story from HollywoodLies. Show of hands: Does anyone believe the webloid, which is responsible for spreading dozens of made-up stories, would have such a personal quote? Yeah, we didn’t think so either.
Not surprisingly, the webloid doesn’t mention where exactly this conversation took place or when it took place or how it was the only outlet in the world to become privy to this supposed private moment between West and Mason. That’s because it NEVER happened. After seeing photos of West with Mason on July Fourth, HollywoodLies manufactured this story, much like the way the blog falsely claimed West serenaded Caitlyn Jenner on Father’s Day with the song, “Isn’t She Lovely.” Similarly, Gossip Cop busted the site for that phony report, too.
Regardless, Gossip Cop checked in with real Kardashian sources, who universally never heard this “new daddy” tale, with a few offering that the webloid’s story was “untrue” and “bullsh*t.” The worst part, however, is that the blog capitalized on a terribly sad situation — Disick abandoning his own young children — to manufacture a fake story for traffic.
