UPDATE: On Monday’s “Dancing with the Stars” finale, Ballas was cleared to dance just in time to compete — and made it into part two of the finale!

Mark Ballas was seriously injured while rehearsing a freestyle routine on Sunday with his partner Candace Cameron Bure for the finale of “Dancing With The Stars.”

A reps says the professional dancer’s shoulder popped out during a lift, and he was taken by ambulance to the hospital where he was treated and released.

It remains unclear if he will be able to perform on Monday’s show.

Derek Hough and Cheryl Burke were at the CBS studio and rushed to his aid after the complicated maneuver resulted in injury.

Although Ballas is adamant about performing for the finale, another “Dancing With The Stars” pro will learn the dance routine as a precaution.

Ballas previously dislocated his left shoulder while dancing with his then-partner, actress Sabrina Bryan, during the 2007 season finale of the show.

Part one of the “Dancing With The Stars” finale airs on Monday.

Do you think Ballas will be able dance?
