Mariah Carey debuted a brand-new version of “All I Want For Christmas” on Tuesday’s “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.”

And trust us, you’ve never heard it like this before.

Instead of a traditional backing band, the singer was accompanied by Fallon and The Roots, who only played instruments found in an elementary school.
