REPORT: Maria Shriver Buying $10 Million House

Maria Shriver is reportedly buying a $10 million home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles after filing for divorce from Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The new residence would not be far from where she and Schwarzenegger used to live together.

Shriver’s deal is still in escrow but almost done, according to TMZ.

Shriver and Schwarzenegger separated in May after 25 years of marriage, shortly before it came to light that he’d fathered a child with a member of their household staff.

While the couple’s divorce is not finalized, with the massive settlement that’s expected, it shouldn’t be difficult for Shriver to afford the pricey residence.
