‘CSI’ Star Calls Justin Bieber a “Brat”

Justin Bieber‘s backstage behavior while playing Jason McCann on “CSI” has earned mixed reviews from at least one of his co-stars.

In a French radio interview, Marg Helgenberger offered some candid thoughts on the “Baby” singer’s time as a guest star on the drama series.

“I shouldn’t be saying this, but he was kind of a brat,” Helgenberger said of Bieber, quickly adding, “He was very nice to me.”

“But he locked one of the producers in a closet,” recalled the actress.

Bieber’s mischief didn’t end there – he also “put his fist through a cake that was on the cast’s table,” she said.

Helgenberger did have praise for Bieber’s talent.

“He’d never acted before. He’s better than you’d think.”

Those who think what Bieber did was OK need to remember one thing, he was a guest on CSI. That set is their place of business and members of the crew are like family. How would you like if someone came in and smashed a cake on your dinner table or locked a family member in the closet? There’s a fine line between being a prankster and being a jerk/brat.

he may be a kid but he still needs to act professional. he’s getting paid a salary and treating a place of employment with respect and treating your boss with respect is not only expected but required. Just because someone is famous regardless of their age doesn’t excuse them of proper behavior.

It is very unprofessional for Marg to say anything about stars you work with. If people really knew what went on behind the scenes very few people would still be liked by the public. I find it hard to believe that he ruined a cake for fun. Who was encouraging him to do it. Without all the facts it is easy to take things wrong.

True, he may or may not have done it but my concern is people on this message blog excusing it if he had. Maybe Marg said something to get him to behave in future working areas. I’m sure no one at the CSI said much because they were afraid to lose their jobs since he is such a big celebrity. Maybe she shined a light on it to give him an opportunity to straighten up. She wasn’t ulgy and it wasn’t a major offense if he did but now he knows some people expect more.
