Madonna Kicks Off World Tour in Israel By Controversially Pointing Rifle at Audience

Madonna kicked off her “MDNA” world tour on Thursday by pointing a rifle (first in silhouette and then) at the audience in Israel, a country plagued by terrorist violence.

Following that shocking start, Madonna, who studies Kabbalah, segued into “Girls Gone Wild,” surrounded by back-up dancers dressed as monks.

Despite the violent imagery of the beginning of her show, the singer pleaded for peace in the region, saying, “All the conflicts that occur here and have been occurring for a thousand years, they have to stop.”

“We all bleed the same color,” she added.

Madonna went on to say, “No matter how many percentages of land we give back, no matter how many talks, no matter how many wars, if we don’t treat every human being with dignity and respect, we will never have peace.”

    we dont need anyone preaching to us about peace. when the Arabs and the Muslims accept Israel as the nation of the Jewish people, then we may have peace. the Arabs have 57 ISLAMIC NATIONS, why cant we have our one Jewish nation on the land that was taken from us by force by Romans and then Muslim armies in 638ce. LET ME REPEAT THAT. WHEN THE ARABS AND THE MUSLIMS ACCEPT THAT ISRAEL IS THE NATION OF THE JEWISH PEOPLE, WE MAY HAVE PEACE.
