Star magazine’s Madonna glove story covers the truth

According to the Star, “Madonna’s not shy when it comes to showing skin, but there is one body part she prefers to cover up: her hands!” The rag reports that Madonna recently “confessed” to a seemingly random “partygoer” that “she’ll wear gloves even when it’s not cold out.” That same unnamed source added, “Madonna’s hands have gotten veiny, and she doesn’t like it.”
And while it’s true that everyone’s hands grow more veiny with age, Madonna’s alleged cover-up is bogus. In fact, Gossip Cop had a hard time finding a recent photo of her in gloves.
Madonna’s rep told Gossip Cop the Star story is “not true,” and pointed out that the singer has been sporadically wearing “fingerless gloves since 1983,” but now “wears them less frequently actually.”
Whew! Relieved that one is settled!
