Madonna Banned From Broadway For Texting?
Madonna has NOT been “banned” from seeing Broadway shows because she’s allegedly been caught texting throughout various productions, despite a made-up tabloid report. Gossip Cop can exclusively bust this claim. We’re told it’s pure “crap.”
According to Star, Broadway actors and producers have united together in refusing to give Madonna free tickets to their shows after a string of alleged “bad behavior.” A so-called “source” tells the tabloid, “Everyone on Broadway has been extremely shocked by how rude she is. She has no respect for fellow performers.”
The magazine’s dubious insider adds, “Imagine if someone sat front row at her concert and texted the whole time? She’d be pissed!” But while there was an alleged dust-up during an off-Broadway showing of Hamilton, that incident took place more than a year ago. And there’s been no reports of such issues at any other production with Madonna in the audience since then.
So why would Broadway stars all of a sudden be “banning” Madonna from their shows? Well, they’re not. Gossip Cop checked in with a source close to the singer, who assures us that the outlet’s story is “crap.”
Equally untrue was Star’s recent claim that Madonna was getting back together with ex-husband Sean Penn, an allegation that obviously hasn’t panned out. Suffice to say, the tabloid seems to have a habit of making up lies about Madonna, and this latest “banned from Broadway” tale is yet another example.
