MAG: Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt’s Kids In “Revolt” Over Maddox Getting Attention
What’s the supposed problem?
The Enquirer claims that Maddox Jolie-Pitt’s high-profile appearance at the Governors Awards last weekend, where he watched his famous mother accept an honorary Oscar for her humanitarian work, has led to anger and jealousy among his younger siblings.
“The superstars’ other kids, led by 9-year-old Pax, are up in arms about not getting equal time with their parents,” explains the tabloid.
According to the Enquirer, “What’s more, Maddox wants to get into show business, and sources say the rest of the brood also wants screen time — and the more the better!”
A so-called “insider” for the magazine alleges that the gala event may have been nice for Maddox, “but at home all hell broke loose.”
“Angie’s kids are jealous of every bit of attention any one of them gets over the other,” says the outlet’s tipster. “And seeing mommy and daddy with Maddox on the red carpet put the rest into mini-diva mode. It was a revolt, and now the household is in an uproar.”
A “close source” tells the tabloid that while Pax was the “most vocal” dissenter, eight-year-old Zahara, seven-year-old Shiloh, and five-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne were “all whining and upset.”
As “sibling rivalry explodes” in the household, the Jolie-Pitt kids are all “mad at Maddox!” shrieks the Enquirer.
Of course, this type of 100 percent false story about the family is nothing new for the outlet.
Earlier this year, the Enquirer made up a report about the children all allegedly being jealous of Vivienne’s role in Jolie’s Maleficent.
Sensationalizing the lives of the Brangelina brood is a longtime favorite pastime of the magazine, which has published false stories about Pax, Maddox, Shiloh, and Zahara, while inventing controversies about Maleficent and portraying the household as a den of violence and chaos.
In other words, the Enquirer has zero credibility when it comes to the Jolie-Pitt family.
It’s the same this time around.
A source close to the situation tells Gossip Cop the latest report about “big trouble” over Maddox is “completely false.”
