Louis Tomlinson Seeking Joint Custody Of Baby Freddie
As Gossip Cop has reported, Tomlinson and Jungwirth’s son was born in late January. Not long after, we debunked a false Life & Style story that wrongly claimed she planned to sue him for child support. In fact, the One Direction singer has more than stepped up, shelling out $15,000 monthly, in addition to renting a home for Jungwirth.
But now Tomlinson is accusing Jungwirth of not allowing him a proper amount of time with Freddie. Things worsened recently, and now the British star wants a court to set a formal arrangement. If Tomlinson gets his way, that would entail not just joint legal and physical custody, but the establishment of an official schedule that ensures each parent gets the 5-month-old infant for 50 percent of the time, as first reported by TMZ.
The family court judge will also have the option of setting a new amount for child support. Tomlinson has not publicly commented on the issue, nor has Jungwirth. In honor of Father’s Day earlier this month, he posted on Instagram, “Happy Father’s Day to every lucky lad out there who’s someone’s daddy! Thoroughly enjoyed my first :) Love you Freddie son X.” A rep for Tomlinson declined to comment on the new development. Gossip Cop will have updates.
