How to Watch London 2012 Olympics Opening Ceremony

The London 2012 Summer Olympics kick off on Friday with the Opening Ceremony extravaganza featuring the Athletes’ Parade and the lighting of the Olympic Cauldron.

Directed by Danny Boyle, the show is called “Isles of Wonder.”

If you can’t be in Olympic Stadium for the festivities, check out the live stream here!

Of course, if you can’t access the British feed, you can register to watch via NBCOlympics.com.

And if that doesn’t interest you for whatever reasons, well, we’re told there are several pirated feeds on the Interwebs.

    There’s no option to watch the Olympics for people like me who don’t pay for cable, and don’t get DTV. Online there’s just spam sites that are claiming to allow me to watch the olympics if I give them all of my private information. I’d be happy to pay online to watch the Olympics, but nobody is making this possible. Fuck you NBC, FUCK YOU olympics. The Olympics used to be a serious competition that everyone in the world can enjoy watching.

    The show really blew me away! I have always thought that Olympic opening and closing acts have been in most part pretty boring, but this one had no boring minute!

    There are points where people could criticise some of the ceremony but I am massively impressed by the job done.

    Boyle was very specific about what he was trying to do in reflecting the British sense of humour and eccentricity, and I think that comes across really well.

    Well this is my opinion. Lets see what people have much more to talk about it.
