Miley Cyrus stars in LOL, a movie about texting, kissing boys, and learning lessons.

More broadly, it examines the relationship between parents and children in an era of accelerated communication and shifting expectations.

The coming-of-age film also features Demi Moore and Ashley Greene, and at least one scene of girls gawking at each other’s bodies in a locker room.
