Lisa Marie Presley has filed for divorce from her musician husband Michael Lockwood after 10 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. The two haven’t been photographed together publicly in more than a year.
Presley is seeking full custody of the couple’s twin 7-year-old daughters, Finley and Harper, but Elvis Presley’s daughter isn’t requesting any spousal support or child support. She’s also asking that Lockwood only be allowed monitored visitation rights with their daughters.
The pair reportedly had a postnuptial agreement, but the terms of that contract are unknown. Presley and Lockwood often collaborated together, and he performed as her main guitarist during her 2012 Storm & Grace tour.
This marks Presley’s fourth divorce, and Lockwood’s first. She was first married to Danny Keough in 1988. Presley and Keough, also a musician, had two kids, Riley and Benjamin, before divorcing in 1994. She later famously wed Michael Jackson that same year. Their union, however, did not last very long, and the couple split in 1996.
Presley wed Nicolas Cage in 2002, but their brief marriage ended in 2004. And in 2006, Presley walked down the aisle for the fourth time with Lockwood. Two years later, they welcomed their twin girls. Gossip Cop has reached out to a rep for Presley for a comment.
