If we’re honest here, Lisa Marie inherited the looks, but not the voice. If she were anyone other than who she is with a lesser bank account, she wouldn’t even make it past the cattle call phase of auditions for AI. I’m not trying to be mean. It just wasn’t anything more than a passable performance, best case and, were she anyone but who she is, she would never have made it onto that stage. It was atonal and stiff. The material was lacking. One look at the stuck-on stiff smiles of Fuller and some of the other audience members said it all. Raving about it isn’t going to fix it. The Emperor’s new clothes. Sorry.

I will never understand how people can say the thing I have been reading about other’s when they know nothing about them.

geez folks, shes her own person, her sound is completely different than her fathers. and she sounds great. many folks will be put off by her type of music, it is a little dark , but its honest and she writes or co- writes her own stuff, something elvis never did or could do.

Yes, that is sooooooooooooooo true.you understand her an I do,but others think she is to be like her dad, and no one should have to be like any one else. I love her sound and yes she writes her own stuff. ELVIS would be so proud of her and not happy with how people are comparing her to him. I liked the look of the band. I liked the theatre of the absurd/band vibe. Band is very good – she can ire the best. She sang it fine -however the range of the song is less than an octave, my parakeet could sing it. Celine Dion she ain’t. The “King” she ain’t. There’s very little market for this.
