Lindsay Lohan was not banned from Fashion Week in NYC

“Actress Lindsay Lohan was reportedly not invited to Jill Stuart’s Fashion Week show because she was considered a ‘brand damager,’” claims the New York Daily News.

According to a Daily News source, “A lot of designers, and especially Jill’s camp, don’t think she’s worth all the press she’d get their show.”

Well, not only did Stuart deny the ban to the Daily News, but the story is also way off base when it further declares Lohan’s “absence from NYC is a little personal, too: Her ex-girlfriend, deejay Samantha Ronson, and Sam’s twin sis, designer Charlotte, practically run Fashion Week.”

Uh, Lohan’s absence in New York has nothing to do with any ban… or even with Fashion Week.

Lohan was in London at a Haiti relief benefit called, “iRock4Haiti,” held at Altitude 360 London.

The actress even said, “I’d rather be raising money for those that need it in Haiti” than attend Fashion Week.

Like the saying goes: “No good deed goes unpunished.”

    no it doesn’t. perez and lainey were saying that lindsey was not sincere in raising money for haiti. Because she went shopping as soon as she arrived in london and because she went out to a club. Both, of course perez copied and pasted most of it, said she was bloated. She looked like lindsey. mario/perez always knocks lindsey, i guess because she can’t do anything for him or to him. hence, his ‘queen of mean’ thing. he knocks those and only those who he thinks are not going to climb back up the fame chain. I wish I knew how to measure sincerity. I am sure if it was investigated, those who worked the haitian telethon, or ‘we are the world’, a large portion went shopping or went out before hand and/or afterward, BUT they are of use to both lainey and mario. Easy to make up lies about people that don’t have the resources to sue you .

    First, it’s all rubbish! I think what Lindsay wrote in Twitter is the truth! yes, she sometimes lie or play with people! but why she should lie about such a serious thing to raising money for haiti !
